Instructions
1. Download the special ruler provided here.
2. Print the ruler in black and white, ensuring the actual size is maintained in Page Sizing & Headings.
3. Cut out the ruler along the designated lines using scissors.
4. Wipe your license plate clean with a wet cloth.
5. Place the cut ruler onto the license plate as demonstrated in the picture.

6. Capture a photograph using your phone, positioning it approximately 30 cm away from the license plate (DO NOT USE FLASH!).

7. Repeat the process for each character on your license plate that you wish to conceal.
8. Complete the form available here and upload the images to us.
